It combines a durable shell with a four-point adjustable chin strap system for a secure, stable fit during extended wear.
The helmet shell is manufactured using advanced plant and processing techniques that provide enhanced shell protection at a lower weight and improved comfort compared to standard construction methods. Ballistic protection is offered against a variety of bullets tested to NIJ Standard 0106.01, with fragmentation resistance tested against fragment simulated projectiles (FSP) to Nato STANAG 2920 and US MIL STD 662F. The helmet features a moulded shell in a matte dark grey finish, with a four-point chin strap fitted with plastic quick-release buckles for adjustment and secure retention.
