1. Collection from Our Physical Store

Customers may choose to collect their order from our store during the following business hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Saturday: Closed (Appointment Only)
  • Public Holidays: Closed

Important:

  • Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification that they are ready.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be presented upon collection.
  • If a third party is collecting on your behalf, please notify us in advance.

2. Customer-Arranged Courier

Customers may arrange their own courier service to collect their order from our store.

Conditions:

  • Customers must notify us in advance of the courier details and collection time.
  • Dave Sheer Uniforms is not responsible for any loss or damage once the order has been collected.
  • Orders must be collected within 7 days of readiness notification.

3. Delivery Arranged by Dave Sheer Uniforms

We offer delivery services where the cost will be quoted and billed separately.

Process:

  1. Once your order is packed, we will determine the final dimensions and weight.
  2. A separate invoice for delivery charges will be emailed within 24 hours after checkout.
  3. Upon receipt of payment, the order will be dispatched.

Delivery Terms:

  • Standard delivery times vary based on location and courier availability.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • We are not liable for delays due to courier services, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Once an order leaves our premises, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party couriers.
  • Customers must ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are correct.
  • Any issues with delivery (such as non-delivery or damaged goods) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
