Thank you for choosing Dave Sheer Uniforms. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please review our return policy details below.

Returns Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original, unused condition, in the original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process To begin a return, please email us at uniforms@davesheer.com with your proof of purchase (receipt). We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item. If approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and send it to the address provided in our email response.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your card provider. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
